Hari Om Yogi's,  I hope that you are as excited about class starting as I am.  I would like to know who is planning on attending class this Saturday.

I have heard from some of you but I would like to know if your plans have changed.  Right now I know of 4 of you who cannot make it.  If there are many more I might just wait until the 24th to start.  I have a couple of assignments for you.

1. Please tell me what you want and expect from this training. Remember that we may not always get what we want.  Manage your expectations.

 I would like this written down ( typed or handwritten) and two copies made one for me and one for you. This way at the end of your training you can look at want you wrote and see how it compares to what you actually received.

2. Develop a list of at least 10 things you expect as a student in a yoga class.

Remember payments for the course are due by the first of each month.

See you on Saturday.

          51/4x71/4  140lb cold press cards With envelopes will be passed out at Nov meeting ...members may decorate 1 or 2 cards.

          cards will be original art of members.  Can be  framed, given as gifts, sent etc.; a way to have affordable original art!
